Admission Procedure

Admission procedure-


1. Admission is open to boys and girls belonging to all the communities, irrespective of caste, creed, language or social status. Minimum age for admission in Nursery class is 3+ as on 30th of April of the calendar year and for LKG is 4+ years.
2. Admission for other classes is granted on the basis of T. C., Entrance Test and Personal Interview.
3. Parents / Guardians are requested to go through the prospectus carefully, before filling up the forms.
4. The duly filled in application form completed in all respects should be submitted to the school office, along with the required documents and Registration fee in cash, at least 3 days before the last date of admission.
5. Forms so obtained will be scrutinized by the Incharge - Admission Committee and he will arrange for the entrance test. After clearing the entrance test, he/she will submit the form to the Principal/Director with his recommendation. Then the parents with their ward will have their personal interview with the Principal/Director, who will admit the candidate to the respective class.
6. The admitted candidates will have to deposit their fees in the school office, within 3 days of the interview, failing which their admission will remain cancelled.
7. Candidates must fill up the option for depositing fee as lumpsum/quarterly/monthly. The admission of the child to the school will mean complete acceptance of all the rules and regulations of the school in force by the parents and guardians.
8. If any parent/guardian does not submit the required documents of submit false documents, they will be liable for all the consequences thereafter, including the cancellation of the admission.


Promotion-


Promotion of a child to the next class is based on the quality of regular and satisfactory work done during the whole year and on the cumulative results of all the tests and examinations taken together. A minimum of 80% attendance in school is required for promotion.

Withdrawal-


1. A written application in advance must be submitted to the Principal’s Office (at least 15 days before) by the parents for the withdrawal of a student. T. C. will be issued only after all the dues are cleared including charges for damages made to School/Hostel Building, furniture, equipment, etc. and the fees.
2. The school also has the right to ask the parents to withdraw a child, if he/she is irregular in attendance not conforming to the student’s ideals, insubordination and contempt of authority, progress in students is not satisfactory, conduct is harmful to others or for other reasons which the school authorities find in him/her.
